David Pasti has been practicing law since 1989, with a focus on criminal defense, family law, juvenile defense, personal injury, and civil litigation. David has distinguished himself as a skilled negotiator, and in 1998, combined his legal skills and his passion for sports to include agent representation of baseball player as part of his practice. As such, David has established a reputation as a quality baseball agent who places a high value on integrity and trust. His professional approach has also caught the attention of the local papers and television news. In May 2002, he appeared on the cover of the Washington Post Magazine in a story entitled, “The Agent – What happens when you risk everything to follow your dream?”
David represents several professional baseball players and is a Certified Major League Baseball Agent. David has also served as an advisor to college and high school players in the annual baseball draft for more than 10 years. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association, and is on the leadership board of the Metro Maryland Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and received his J.D. from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. David is committed to his faith, family, and clients. He has been happily married to his wife Marie for more than two decades, and they are proud parents of three boys, Jonathan, Michael, and Sammy.
